Maritime System Audits

EMS endeavours to provide a wide range of high standard auditing services to all our esteemed clients. This service is very beneficial for owners, crew and ship managers alike as this enables a snapshot of the vessel’s conformance to safety and security management system as well as performance of the crew. The Audits do cover a range of activity and are underpinned by various international conventions, codes, circulars and Flag State’s requirements.

Our professional team of staff auditors are highly qualified and have past experience as IACS lead auditors who can assist crews in implementing skills, operationally, practically and theoretically. We can conduct audits either following your existing system and carry out audits and assessment or implement a new system.

ISM Audit

• Internal Audit and /or Pre-External audit preparation.
• Development of the Safety Management System.
• Implementation and Certification from the Flag States or Recognised Organisation.

ISPS Audit

• Internal Audit and /or Pre-External audit preparation.
• Ship Security Assessment (SSA).
• Development Ship Security Plan (SSP).
• Implementation and Certification from the Flag States or Recognised Organisation.

MLC 2006
